the license
laylow is free to download and try for 7 days. a one-time purchase of $29 buys a personal, non-transferable license to install and activate laylow on Macs you personally use. do not share, resell, or publish your license key.
delivery
your license key is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, right after payment. no key? check spam, then write billing@laylow.app.
refunds
14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. email billing@laylow.app within 14 days of purchase. if we refund your purchase, your license ends and you must stop using laylow.
payments
payments are processed by Stripe. prices are in USD; tax may be added where required.
the software
laylow is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. transcription happens locally and can contain errors; review the output before relying on it.
liability
to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
termination
we may revoke a license if these terms are violated, for example by distributing keys. you can stop using laylow at any time; refunds outside the 14-day window are not owed.
governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
changes
the current version of these terms always lives at laylow.app/terms. changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
